Vendor Requirements
Booth size is 10ft x 10 ft
$60 per booth for weekend
Fees must be paid by August 1, 2023 and are non-refundable after August 15, 2023. Your space will not be reserved until your payment is received.
Payment can be made by etransfer to cumberlandexhibtion@gmail.com- Make sure to include your name, business name and the word 'vendor' in the message!!

Tables are provided
Tables must have table cloths
Food vendors must have proper certification.
Vendors will be asked to remove any items deemed unsuitable.
Vendors using electricity must use CSA approved extension cords.
Vendors may not share or sublets spaces unless approved.
The exhibition is not responsible for any items lost or damaged.
All articles brought to the exhibition are at your own risk.
Sale of draw or raffle tickets is prohibited unless approved by the exhibition committee.
All vendors must provide own tablecloths, chairs and electrical cords.
Vendors are responsible for all permits and licenses to sell their products.
CCEX will assign location to vendors.
CCEx will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to items.
CCEx is not responsible for set up or tear down of displays.
